|Members of this small group are the most conservative people, but at the same time the most productive ones. The perception of the world is firm and realistic. They prefer stability of the existence and immutability of proven traditions. This group values positive and warm relationships. They will recognize positive ethical values, such as uniqueness of others, religion and spirituality, non-interference in others’ lives, humanism, unusual talents etc. They prefer to use resources rationally, prefer high-quality and long-lasting products. They will avoid risk and chaos. This group values comfort and will not change their routines. The mission of this element is to ensure the sustainable development and reasonable usage of accumulated resources, slowly preparing ways for some new development. This element values a stable consumption of material and spiritual products. Only in conditions of stability, it is possible to develop and disseminate some new initiatives, which are very fragile and vulnerable and need to be cherished. Wisdom and experience lie in the basis of respect for tradition and a significant proportion of conservatism of these people.|

1. Assertive and hard working. Great employee to have. Administrator can’t sit around doing nothing. This type will be fighting against chaos and disorder in any situation. This personality type has a very well developed sense of responsibility. Administrator prefers action versus words. This type does not tolerate any tricks and deceit. Opinions will be shared freely and directly.
2. Administrator values quality and comfort. This personality type will always be there to assist, especially if there is any physical threat: they act very courageously and decisively. Administrator is very caring: will provide the loved ones with every possible material benefit. Administrator values leisure time as much as work time.
3. In non-formal atmosphere Administrator is hospitable and cheerful, although in the official setting, this type is official and short. This personality type has a lack of being diplomatic in relationships – it is easy to make Administrator nervous and flare up. Stubborn debater – Administrator gets very excited when proving something. This type can’t really make compliments.
4. Administrators get stuck in details of their work and potentially could miss a deadline, which it very painful for them. This type is not ready for any surprises, sudden changes in plans. Administrator won’t chat for nothing to fill up the air, although it might be difficult to end a telephone conversation. These types don’t like when they are interrupted from work. Administrator is a very conservative when it comes to traditions. It is hard for these people to accept any novelty or new ways.
